
You've completed the whole application form including the budget and
mentor/whakaruruhau section.
Printed a copy of your application form and signed it on the last page.
Sent a hardcopy of your application form with signatures from you, your
mentor and your parent/guardian (if you're under 16)
Once we've received a hardcopy of your application form, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your application. If you do not receive a reply from us letting you know that we've received your application within a week, please ring or email us.
You can expect to hear back from us within 2 weeks of the closing date.
If your application is successful you and your mentor will receive a letter with the next steps and information about the invoicing process. The organisation will be responsible for managing your funding.
Some projects may be accepted but may need to make a few minor changes to their project plan to meet the criteria. In this case you will be sent a letter outlining the changes you need to make. Once you confirm this has been done you and your mentor will recieve a letter with the next steps and information about the invoicing process.
After you have finished your project, you will need to complete a final report (we'll send you the info you need to complete this).
Also, for promotional purposes and to showcase your project on our website, TAKE HEAPS OF PHOTOS, video clips and different visuals. You must include these with your Final Report along with copies of any media your project has had (e.g. newspaper articles).
